This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicants

seeking condonation of delay of 49 days in preferring an appeal

against the judgment and order dated 18.12.2024 passed by a

learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No.4486/2023.

Let notice be issued to the respondent by both modes, i.e. by

registered post with A/D as well as by usual process, on steps being

taken by the applicants within a period of 3 (three) days, returnable

on 10.09.2025.
