Heard Mr. A. Kakati, learned counsel for the applicant. This interlocutory application, under Section 5 Limitation Act, 1963, read with Section 173 of the M.V. Act, is preferred by the applicant for condonation of delay of 24 days in preferring the connected MAC appeal against the judgment and award dated 03.07.2024, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No. 1, Kamrup(M), Guwahati, in MAC Case No. 1107/2017. Let notice be issued to the opposite parties returnable in four weeks. Steps be taken upon the opposite parties by way of registered post with A/D as well as by usual process within a week from today. List the matter after four weeks.
