Heard Mr. A. Dasgupta, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. B. Das, learned counsel for the applicants.

Mr. Dasgupta, learned Senior counsel for the applicants submits that in the connected regular second appeal, notice has already been issued to the respondent by this Court, vide order dated 25.09.2024, admitting the appeal and in the said appeal, this interlocutory application has been preferred for staying execution of the judgment and decree dated 30.05.2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Golaghat, in Title Appeal No. 5/2017, and as the applicants have taken steps in the connected regular second appeal upon the respondents and as the said appeal has not been listed, Mr. Dasgupta submits that the interim order dated 25.09.2024, staying execution of the judgment and decree dated 30.05.2023, may be extended.

Prayer is allowed.

The interim order dated 25.09.2024, stands extended for another four weeks.
