Mr. K.N. Choudhury, learned senior counsel for the appellant has submitted that against the cancellation of ST (P) Certificate issued to the daughter of the respondent No.6, the respondent No.6 had preferred a writ petition being WP(C) No.8024/2022, which came to be decided vide judgment dated 03.10.2024. It is submitted by Mr. Choudhury that against the said judgment dated 03.10.2024, the appellant is going to prefer a writ appeal and, therefore, he prays that this writ appeal may be heard along with the writ appeal to be filed by the appellant.

Prayer is allowed.
