Heard Mr. R. Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant.
The appeal has been filed under section 173 of the M.V Act, 1988 against the judgment & award dated 20/06/2024 passed by the learned Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonitpur at Tezpur in MAC Case No. 45/2021.
Issue notice to the respondents returnable after 4(four) weeks.
Ms. M. Bharti, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 1 & 2, therefore, no formal notice need be issued. The learned counsel for the appellant shall however serve the requisite copies of the appeal petition to the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 & 2 within a period of 7 days from today.
Insofar as the respondent No. 3 & 4 are concerned, the learned counsel for the appellant shall take steps for service of notice upon the said respondents by registered post with AD within a period of 7 days from today.
