Date : 25.01. 2024 Heard Ms. H. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. G. Baishya, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1.

This revision petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 115 of the CPC against the impugned judgment and order dated 13.10.2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), No. 3, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati in Misc. Appeal No. 12/2023 and judgment and order dated 09.03.2023, passed by the learned Munsiff No. 3, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati in Misc. (J.) Case No. 455 of 2022.

Issue notice to the respondent No. 2.

The petitioners shall take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No. 2 by registered post with A/D as well as usual process, returnable within 4 weeks.

Steps be taken within 7 days.

No formal notice is required to be issued to the respondent No. 1 as Mr. G. Bhaishya, learned counsel has entered appearance and accepted notice on behalf of the said respondent.
