Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 173(1) Proviso of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (as amended), praying for condonation of delay of 10 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment dated 09.10.2023 passed by the learned Member, MACT, No.3, Kamrup (M), Assam in MAC Case No. 484 of 2019.

Issue notice to the respondents by registered A/D post as well as usual process, returnable within 4 (four) weeks. Steps be taken within seven days.

List the matter after 4(four) weeks.
