Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 173(1) Proviso of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (as amended), praying for condonation of delay of 35 days in preferring the MAC Appeal against the judgment and order dated 14.08.2023 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Kamrup, Amingaon in MAC Case No. 67/2019.

Issue notice to the respondents by registered A/D post as well as usual process, returnable within 4 (four) weeks.

List the matter after 4(four) weeks.
