Date : 05.08.2024 Heard Mr. C. Phukan, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. A. K. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Since, Mr. A. K. Gupta, learned counsel appears for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3, no formal notice need to be issued to the said respondents.

The applicant shall take steps for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual mode within seven Page No.# 3/3

days from the date of this order, returnable within six weeks.

In the meanwhile, the execution of impugned judgment and order dated 05.08.2019 passed in MAC Case No. 04/2017 shall remain stayed till further order, subject to payment of 50% of the awarded amount by the applicant/Insurance Company to the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

List this matter accordingly.
