This is an application under Order XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Page No.# 2/2

Procedure praying for stay of the judgment and order dated 30.06.2023 and the decree dated 01.07.2023 passed in T.S.(D) No.57/2019 by the learned District Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur after admission of the connected Mat. Appeal No.51/2023.

Since the connected appeal has already been admitted for hearing, the judgment and order dated 30.06.2023 and the decree dated 01.07.2023 passed in T.S.(D) No.57/2019 by the learned District Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal.
