the present appeal against a judgment and decree dated 23.12.2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Dibrugarh in TS No. 20/2012 whereby the suit has been decreed in favour of the plaintiff and the counter-claim of the present appellants who were defendant nos. 1 and 2 had dismissed.
