Heard Ms. M. Das, learned Legal Aid Counsel, who submits that the Judgment dated 14.06.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dima Hasao in S.C No. 63/2018, by which the appellant has been convicted under Sections 363/376 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act should be set aside.

Admit the appeal.

Call for the LCR.

Ms. S. Jahan, learned Addl. PP appears on behalf of the State.

The Registry shall give a scanned copy of the appeal and the I.A to the Page No.# 3/3

learned Addl. PP, who shall thereafter forward the same to the OC of Haflong Police Station, as the case pertains to Haflong P.S. Case No. 81/2018, who shall serve the same upon the respondent No. 2 (father of the victim). A report of service should thereafter be made by the OC concerned.

List the matter after 4 (four) weeks.
