The instant interlocutory application has been filed seeking extension Page No.# 2/2

of time granted by this Court vide judgment & order dated 25.01.2023 passed in WP(C) No.7338/2021 to consider the case of the respondent for promotion by convening the DPC.

Mr. B. Chakravarty, learned Central Government counsel submits that the process for considering the case of the respondent has already been started and that it will be completed within next 30(thirty) days.

In view of the submission so made, the applicants are granted further opportunity of 30(thirty) days from today and shall complete the process in terms of this Court's direction positively by 12.06.2023.

The interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.
