This appeal under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is directed against the Judgment dated 15.12.2022 passed in Title (Matrimonial) Suit Case No. 01/2018 by the Court of District Judge, Tinsukia, whereby the marriage between the appellant and the respondent-husband was dissolved by a Decree of Divorce.
Issue Notice to the respondent, Returnable in four weeks.
Steps be taken on the respondent by registered post with A/D within a period of one week from today. Dasti is also permitted.
Let the LCR be called for.
List the matter upon receipt of the LCR.
In terms of Section 15 of the Act, the respondent is directed not to re- marry during the pendency of this appeal.
