Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 2250 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and order dated 08.11.2013 passed by the Sessions Judge, Golaghat in Sessions Case No.38/2003, by which the applicant has been convicted under Section 302 Page No.# 2/2
IPC read with Section 27(2) of the Arms Act.
Issue Notice returnable in 4 (four) weeks.
