Heard Ms. N. Begum, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. Valentina V. Tahngu, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. B.D. Konwar, learned senior counsel for the respondent.

The present application has been filed praying for early hearing of RSA No. 378/2017 against the judgment and decree dated 05.07.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge No. 1, Sivasagar in Title Appeal No. 02/2013 whereby upholding the judgment dated 18.12.2012 and decree dated 21.12.2012 passed by the learned Munsiff, Charaideo at Sonari in Title Suit No. 47/2006.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the regular second appeal is ready for hearing in the year 2020 and the same is pending since 2017. As the case is ready for hearing, the prayer of the applicants is allowed.

List the connected matter i.e. RSA/378/2017 on 02.05.2023 for hearing.

The I/A stands disposed of.
