This is an application for stay of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 03.10.2015 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Kamrup in MAC Case No. 1655/2003 (2080 of 2003) whereby, an amount of Rs. 11,48,000/- was awarded in favour of the claimants/respondents.

The connected appeal has already been disposed of in the Lok-Adalat on 12.11.2022.

The present I.A. becomes infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
