Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. This is an appeal under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 read with Section provision under Order 41 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Page No.# 2/2

Procedure, 1908 against the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2022 passed in TS (D) 11/2019 by the learned District Judge, Udalguri.

Admit this appeal. Call for the record. Issue notice, returnable after six weeks. As Mr. P Mazumder, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of sole respondent, no formal notice needs to be issued. However, extra copy be served to him.
