Heard Mr. S. Mitra, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that the judgment dated 09.03.2023 passed by the Court of the Special Judge, Bongaigaon, in Special (Nar) Case No.23(BGN)/2020, by which the appellant Page No.# 2/2

has been convicted under Section 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the NDPS Act should be set aside.
