Heard Mr. TR Sarma, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to Page No.# 2/2

undergo life imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 5,000/-, in default rigorous imprisonment for six months vide judgment dated 06.07.2022, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Golaghat in Sessions Case No. 16/2018.

Admit the appeal. Call for the LCR.
