Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate, Assam submits that pursuant to order dated 10.11.2020 passed by this Court in WP(C) 3808/2020, the Director has sent a proposal for payment of Minimum Scale of Pay in terms of the judgment of this Court in the Case of the State of Assam -Vs- Upen Das and Ors reported in 2020 (5) GLT 605 and same shall require some time to finalize.

Accordingly, the matter is adjourned and be listed on 20.07.2023 on which date, Mr. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate, Assam shall apprise this Court regarding status of payment to the petitioner and compliance of the order dated 10.11.2020 passed by this Court in WP(C) 3808/2020.
