This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 18.03.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) 3066/2019 and other connected batch of writ petitions.

other connected appeals, filed against the judgment and order impugned in this appeal, are pending consideration before this Court.
Accordingly, let this writ appeal be admitted and be listed along with WA 185/2021 and other connected appeals.
