Heard Ms. R. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition is filed assailing the judgment and decree dated 29.11.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge No.1, Cachar in Title Appeal No. 05/2020 whereby the judgment and decree dated 10.12.2019 passed by Page No.# 2/2

learned court of Munsiff No. 2, Cachar, Silchar in T.S. No. 157/2015 was reversed.

Issue notice returnable on 29.3.2022.

Petitioner shall take steps for service of notice on the opposite party both by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process within a period of three days from today.

Till the returnable date, judgment and decree dated 29.11.2022 passed by learned Civil Judge No. 1 Cachar, Silchar shall remain suspended.

Ms. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to bring the evidences on record through an additional affidavit.
