Heard Mr. S. Sahu, learned counsel for the appellant.

This second appeal is against the judgment and decree dated 30.09.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Sonitpur at Tezpur in Title Appeal No. 10/2017 and the same is admitted on the following substantial question of law:-

1. Whether the findings of the learned court below is perverse in holding that the plaintiff has failed to prove his vendor's title by ignoring the registered sale deed (Exhibit-1) and also by ignoring the Exhibit-4, wherein the defendant No. 2 has admitted the title of the vendor of the plaintiff ?

Issue notice returnable after four weeks.
