By this application, the applicant has prayed for stay of the proceeding vide Judgment and Order dated 22.12.2020 in Title Appeal No. 01/2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur.

As the connected regular second appeal has been admitted today, it is provided that till disposal of the second appeal, the execution of the Title Appeal No.01/2019 vide Judgment and Order, dated 22.12.2020 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur (corresponding to Title Suit No. 75/2018 vide Judgment and Order, dated 19.12.2018 passed by the learned Munsiff, Baksa) shall remain stayed.

The interlocutory application is disposed of.
