This is a jail appeal praying for setting aside the judgment dated 10.08.2022, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO, Kamrup (Metro), Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati in Sessions (Spl)Case No. 43/2021, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 6 of the POCSO Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment Page No.# 2/2

for 25 years and to pay a fine of Rs. 5,000/-, in default simple imprisonment for 6 (six) months.
