This is an application under Section 389 of Cr.P.C. to suspend the operation of the judgment dated 14.06.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge, Bongaigaon in Special (P) Case No. 13 (BGN)/2022.

Issue notice, returnable after six weeks. Mr. D Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. Appellant to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No. 2 by way of registered post with A/D and by usual process within a period of one week from today.

In the meantime, the State may file objection.
