It is submitted by Mr. N. Barman, learned counsel that the informant, in the meantime, has expired. Accordingly, he prays for some time to take further steps in this regard.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain pages in the Judgment dated 20.07.2022, passed by the Sessions Judge, Nalbari, in Sessions case No. 86/2008, against which this present appeal has been filed are missing from the appeal memo, he prays view of this Court to make necessary corrections.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to furnish a fresh copy of the said Judgment and submitted it before the Registry along with a copy of this order.

List this matter again after 2 (two) weeks.
