Heard Mr. T. Kalita, learned counsel for the appellant. This appeal has been filed under section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (as amended upto date) against the judgment & order dated 08.10.2021 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dhemaji, in MAC Case No. 25/2018.

Issue notice to the respondent returnable within 4(four) weeks. The learned counsel for the appellant shall take steps for service of notice on the respondent by registered post with AD within a period of 7 days from today.

List it after 4(four) weeks.
