Heard Mr. B. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.M.T. Chistie, learned Standing counsel, Department of School (Secondary) Education, Assam for the respondents/contemnors.

This contempt petitioner is filed against the interim orders dated 30.07.2021 and 09.02.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 3431/2021.

It is stated at the Bar that said WP(C) No. 3431/2021 is finally heard and the judgment is awaited.

In view of the above, this contempt petition being infructuous, stands closed.
