Heard Mr. T. Kalita, learned counsel for the applicant. This application has been filed under Order XLI, Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for stay of operation of the impugned judgment & order dated 08.12.2021 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Dhemaji in MAC Case No. 25/2018.

Issue notice to the opposite party/respondent returnable within 4(four) weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant shall take steps for service of notice on the opposite party/respondent by registered post with AD within a period of 7 days from today.

List it after 4(four) weeks.
