This is an application under Section 115/151 of the CPC read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the judgment and order dated 16.09.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Hailakandi in Misc Appeal No. 1/2022 allowing the appeal by reversing order dated 18.02.2022 passed by the learned Munsiff No. 2, Hailakandi in Misc Case No. 146/2019 arising out TS No. 81/2019.
