This is application under Section 378 (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment and order dated 01.11.2019 passed in complaint Case (NI) No. 11/2016 by the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M), Nazira.
