Heard Mr. H Buragohain, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. P Hazarika, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2. Also heard Mr. A Ahmed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3.

This is an application for stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 31.05.2018 passed in MAC Case Page No.# 3/3

No.85/2012 by the learned Member, MACT, Dibrugarh.

Accordingly, the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 31.05.2018 passed by the learned Member, MACT in MAC Case No.85/2012 is stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount within 6 (six) weeks from today before the Registry of this Court and the claimants are entitled to withdraw the said amount so deposited by filing an appropriate application before the Registry of this Court.

The I.A stands disposed of.
