Heard Mr. K.K. Bhatta, learned counsel representing the appellant. The appeal, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is preferred challenging the Judgment and Award dated 07-02-2022, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Darrang, in MAC (D) Case No. 89 of 2019.
