Heard Mr. P.K. Roy, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms H. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioners.

This petition has been filed for impleading of the opposite party as respondent no.3 in the connected contempt petition.

It is seen that the opposite party sought to be impleaded, has been put to notice to comply with the direction contained in judgment and order dated 26.06.2020 in WP(C)2520/2012.

The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has not been complied with.

Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
