Heard Mr. N H Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This appeal under Section 372 of the Cr.P.C. has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 24.01.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Cachar, Silchar in Criminal Appeal No. 21/2018 arising out of Sonai PS Case No,. 61/2005, under Section 147/447/326 of the IPC corresponding to GR Case No. 815/2005 acquitting the respondent/accused persons Nos. 2 to 5.

As Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has entered appearance on behalf of the State respondent No.1, a copy of the memo of appeal along with the documents annexed thereto be furnished to her during the course of the day.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 by registered A/D post.
