This appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated Page No.# 2/2
25.02.2022 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Barpeta, in Session Case No. 13/2017, thereby convicting the appellant to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only), in default to pay fine, to suffer further imprisonment for 6 (six) months under section 302 of IPC.
Appeal is admitted for hearing.
