25.07.2022 Heard Shri K. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has filed this petition for non-payment of the amount under the Victim Compensation Scheme and as directed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhubri in Sessions Case No. 145/2015 vide judgment dated 14.09.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of submission of representation, such compensation is yet to be paid.

Issue Notice, returnable by 4(four) weeks.
