By this jail appeal, the appellant, Sabiram Basumatary, has challenged the impugned judgment and order dated 08.10.2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Udalguri in Sessions Case No. 93/2017, whereby he is convicted under Section 304 Part-II of the IPC and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 4 (four) years and to pay fine of Rs. 2,000/-, in default, rigorous imprisonment for another period of 3 (three) months.
