and Mr. R.J. Das, learned counsel for the appellant in Crl. A. (J) No. 21/2022. Also heard

Ms. S. Jahan, learned Addl. P.P. Assam is present on behalf of the State/ respondent.

In the cause list the name of the counsel for the appellant has not been shown

with regard to Crl. A. (J) No. 22/2022 as a result of which, none has appeared for the

appellant in that case.

It is submitted at the bar that these appeals arise out of a common judgment and

order and therefore, are required to be heard analogously.

The appeals have already been admitted and the paper book is also ready.

However, the learned counsel for the appellant in Crl. A. No. 414/2019 submits that

no copy of the paper book has been furnished to him till today.

In view of the above, Registry to verify, furnish copy of the paper book to the

learned counsel for all the parties and list the matter thereafter, for hearing in usual

course.
