Heard Mr. A. Khanikar, learned counsel for the petitioner. This is an application filed under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the impugned judgment and order dated Page No.# 2/2

31.03.2022 passed by the ld. SDJM(M), Dhakuakhana, Lakimpur in Misc Case No 06/2020, granting an amount of Rs.5,000/- for monthly maintenance and Rs.50,000/- as compensation as well as the impugned judgment and order dated 17.11.2022 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge (FTC), Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur, against the petitioner.

The revision petition is admitted. Issue notice.

The petitioner shall take step for service of notice upon the sole respondent by registered post with AD as well as other usual service returnable within 4(four) weeks. The steps be taken within 7(seven) days.
