Seen the office note dated 22.11.2022 and it appears that the petitioner has not yet taken fresh steps for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 5 & 6, despite the direction of the previous Lawazima Court vide its order dated 29.09.2022, whereby, the petitioner was given last chance to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the aforesaid respondent by usual Court process through the office of the Learned Munsiff No. 1, Kamrup (M).

In view of the above, the matter may be placed before the Hon'ble Court.
