Taking into consideration the grounds taken and the decretal amount, this Court stays the impugned judgment and award dated 11.05.2022 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Guwahati Bench in O.A. - III - No.69/2012 subject to deposit of the decretal amount before the Registry of this Court The respondent shall be at liberty to withdraw the said amount by submitting an indemnity bond before the Registry of this Court.
