Mr. S.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the matter
has been amicably settled by and between the parties and the issue raised in this writ
petition is also covered by the judgment dated 17-02-2022 passed by the learned Single
Judge in W.P.(C) No. 4941/2014 and the connected writ petitions.
The submission made by Mr. Goswami finds support of Ms. S. Sarma, learned Govt.
Advocate, Assam as well as Ms. N. Bordoloi, learned standing counsel, Revenue
Department, Assam.
It appears that no notice was earlier issued to the private respondent in this case in
view of the submission made by the petitioner's counsel that the matter has been
amicably resolved. Taking note of the submission made by Mr. Goswami and as prayed for
by the petitioner's counsel, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order
dated 17-02-2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4941/2014 and the connected writ petitions.
