This review petition has been filed against the judgment and order dated 04.04.2019, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2076/2017.

Against the said order dated 04.04.2019, the petitioner preferred a SLP (Crl) before the Hon'ble Apex Court along with an application for condonation of delay in preferring the said SLP(Crl). However, on 17.12.2019, the petitioner withdrew the said SLP (Crl) with liberty to file a review petition before this Court and accordingly, the said SLP (Crl) was dismissed on withdrawal, with liberty, enabling the petitioner to prefer a review petition.

Thereafter, the petitioner preferred this review petition on 14/07/2021. However, it is noticed that the petitioner without any such explanation preferred this review petition only on 14.07.2021.

As such, on the next date, the review petitioner shall properly explain the reasons for such delay in preferring this review petition.

List this matter after 2(two) weeks on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
