This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 06-09-2021 passed by the
learned District Judge, Nagaon, Assam in Mat. Suit (D) No. 71/2017 dismissing the
application filed by the applicant under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
seeking dissolution of his marriage with the respondent by issuing decree of divorce.
We have perused the grounds taken in the memo of appeal and are of the opinion
that the matter would require deeper consideration.
Admit the appeal.
Since the respondent has already entered appearance, no formal notice is required
to be sent in this case.
LCR has already been received. As such, Registry to list the matter for hearing in
usual course by tagging the LCR.
