By way of this petition under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 of the CrPC, the Page No.# 2/2

petitioner has sought for setting aside and quashing of the judgment and order dated 17.02.2021, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Barpeta in F.C. (Crl.) No.330/2019, whereby the petitioner was directed to pay monthly maintenance @ Rs.5000/- to her and their two minor children.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The revision is admitted for hearing.

Issue notice to the respondent by Regd. Post with A/D as well as by usual process, returnable in four weeks.

Call for the scan copy of the LCR from the trial Court.

The prayer for interim will be considered on the returnable date.
