Mr. R. De, learned counsel represents the appellant-applicant. This appeal, under Section 378(4) of the Cr.P.C., is preferred challenging the judgment and order, dated 06.03.202, passed by the learned Chief Judical Magistrate, Cachar at Silchar Page No.# 2/2

in N.I. case No. 130/2017, acquitting the accused-respondent from the charges.

The appeal is admitted for hearing.
