The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of Rs.5,50,000/- directed to pay as fine vide judgment dated 02.03.2019 passed in Crl. Appeal No. 27/2018, the petitioner has already deposited Rs.1,50,000/- before the learned trial Court on 26.06.2019 and she prays for further 2(two) weeks time to deposit the rest of the amount.

As prayed for, list on 22.11.2021 to enable the petitioner to deposit rest of the amount as indicated hereinabove.
